If you are a departing employee of Arriva, we have an understanding with your employer that will help you save money and time when taking legal advice.

As a leading independent law firm with a highly regarded employment team, we offer independent legal advice to employees on settlement agreements. We never act in conflict on any matter including conflict.

We do however understand the business and operations of Arriva and have previous experience of settlements agreement exits from your organisation.

We commit to not charging you any more than your employer contribution and you can receive your independent legal advice within an hour when you are ready to do so. You can of course speak with us at any time.

If you are in dispute with your employer and you have not agreed exit terms, we can guide and assist you but please be aware that this service is designed for agreed exits/situations. For further information, please speak with your local hr team
